Lisa Casteran has dedicated her career to connecting talented professionals with roles that perfectly complement their skills and ambitions. With a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Organizational Development from Ball State University, Lisa has accumulated nearly 20 years of recruiting experience, including time in Learning & Development Talent Solutions Consulting. She has worked with both large national recruiting firms and start-ups, gaining invaluable insights from peers, leaders, clients, and candidates along the way.
