Finalize and finesse budgets in collaboration with the Construction PM and President of Construction for presentation.
Work hand-in-hand with the team post-bid, ensuring smooth transitions during project buyouts.
Foster open communication and uphold transparency within the team.
Stay organized and timely with expense reports, timesheets, and company documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related area, Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction estimating and preconstruction
Experience in multi-family construction projects
Computer skills in MS Office, On-Screen Take-Off, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, or similar software
