Responsibilities
Main site point of contact
Assist the Project Manager in reviews and updates progress and cost reports, schedules and requirements for completion on a regular basis
Monitoring all onsite safety, jobsite clean-up and a respectful working environment,
Advises project manager and/or management of potential problems, work interference, schedule difficulties, etc., assist in circumventing/resolving such problems as required
Attending weekly meetings regarding progress of project and budget
Actively review the work performance to assure good quality control and make certain work conforms to plans and specifications by Architect. Aggressively checking on and walking units, buildings, site on an hourly basis.
Must be onsite during all construction activities and during construction works this would include weekends
Responsible for getting all phases of job complete: from site works through receipt of occupancy by Owner and completion of punch-list items.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 or more years experience working as a Superintendent preferably in a multifamily construction GC but will consider commercial or industrial experience. Working knowledge Microsoft Products-Outlook, Word, Excel
Experience working with Project Management in FinishLine
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to work inside or outside and in varying weather condition, must be onsite during all construction activities-including some weekends.
